The Routemaster Shift Pattern Thread ; Be he working?

I thought it would be handy if the forum knew when routemaster is going to be at work or not in order to plan holidays, breaks from the forum, etc.

Monday 14th October

Perhaps routemaster could chip in from time to time and tell us all what a bad day he's had? :)

This is indeed an excellent thread. For the record, I'm working till Thursday and then I have four days off, two without Mrs RM which allows me more forum time. :)

When the Park n Ride season is over on November 3rd, I go back to the four day rota, allowing me an extra day off a week, so this too is an advantage, BUT that date is also the start of my two week winter holiday, or 17 days off if you include rest days.

Xmas lands well too, although I have a horror shift on Xmas Eve, the two day break links to another long weekend, so this will see me through to the new year.

Hope this helps. :)

Work 10; Off 4; No OT; sounds like a tough schedule to me.

:grrr:

Things have changed. The cunts have been tweaking the new rota so after my two weeks holiday, I have to work four. Then I have a six day long weekend.

Hope you're all keeping up with this. :)

When the passengers whine, gripe, and complain en masse that "it's stuffy in here and the windows won't open" it's a not an inappropriate response for the driver to send some fresh air their way.

And please you do.
Riders who have some place they need to go don't like the whiners any more than the driver.

"This air fresh enough for youse!?!"
