Connor is sending me to Bhubeneswar, Odisha to sort out the problems we've recently had in the data centre there. I'll be travelling there with my 14 year old daughter and as it's on expenses I'll be buying a skiing holiday for the missus as well. I've bought suitable clothing. :)

A's expected, getting connected was problematic. You can only connect with the WiFi here if you have an Indian mobile number, and the fucking Vodaphone shop was closed.

Flights were good but twenty hours from getting up then into bed is still hard work. Divveygooddaughter held it up really well though, even at immigration. :)

Anyway we've arrived at Bhubeneswar, Odisha, which is lovely.

No worries Connor, we're on the case. We've hired bikes to get us around quicker. I'll add it to the list of expenses.

It is the weekend though so we might do some touring first. I'm doing alright despite the lack of sheep.

I bought one of these Krishna figurines as a present for the missus today. It's a bit snug up my ringpiece but I'm confident I'll get it through customs.

Dinner was nice, simple local naga curries and their own fresh paneer.
We had a black Dahl which we added a few drops of clarified ghee too. It's very good.
Rice pudding with cardamom and cashews for desert.
Best sleep yet but my fucking ring is on fire this morning.

Despite my Gary Glitter still playing me up something awful I visited the data centre yesterday. Basically it's just this one kid who says he's outsourced everything to China. We'll be doing some sight-seeing while I await further instructions.

I can't get used to these toilets, but my arse had a good work out this morning so hopefully that'll be it.

To save Connor's pittance of a travel allowance, we got out on the bikes and cycled through the fields and villages for about 4km, then it pissed down. My bike got in a right state, not sure if it's the mud or I followed through after what I thought was just wind. My sphincter is sore, maybe that's because of the saddle. :wtf:

Some excellent photos there Divveygoodmod. I see you enjoyed a snail naga, a good choice in my experience. I washed mine down with nine pints of Cobra before setting off in my hire car. I forgave Slushdaughter for her terribly fuzzy shot of the journey.

Deffo sticking to Eastbourne, excellent curry to be had there, and rectum free from luggage. You can just put it on the train!
