There are only two other patients in this side ward, but their scummy Teesside daughters have been allowed to sleep over! WTF is that all about? And all they've done is fucking complain. One is moaning now she only got an hour sleep, the other said it was too cold. Fuck off home then , or are you expecting breakfast too? :grrr:

Are they smoking? :)

It took me three hours to drive back from Villa Park yesterday as the village is cut off from Worcester. This is the bottom of Powick village this morning. Petrol's £1.26 now I think.

It's nature's way isn't it, rather like when the Channel got flooded and separated us from the fucking French.

It's now a full week since I had a cigarette.

The cravings have been the worst yet this morning. :wtf:

It took me a couple of months to get over smoking and still a year or two later in certain circumstances, I would get a strong urge to smoke. I think quitting in my early 20s with only 10 years of habit was easier than trying to quit in middle age. Good luck: it's not easy but it is worth it.

It's hard to hang around and "not do" something that has been part of your life for a long time. Then, add the addiction factor to it and it's all the tougher. It's worth it though.
