Tedious, molasses-slow period piece about 2 carpet munching clam noshers who dine at the Y.
Set in the mid 19th century somewhere in yankee land, this dirge crawled to it's inevitable predictable end.
I would have spent a more exciting hour and 3/4 watching the pitch drop experiment.

Where to begin here?

Firstly your image failed to upload, here is one from the movie you spoke of.

Secondly, as I mentioned recently, my forum is now aimed at the LGBTQ+ people, and thus I will not tolerate phrases such as "carpet munching clam noshers who dine at the Y".

Thirdly, "yankee land" sounds for all the world like a racist slur, again not welcome on my multi-culturally observant forum.

Mushshrooms warned for posting racist anti LGTBQ+ comments.

My forum is state of the art, hosted by Forumotion and powered by phpBB, it is far from obsolete.

Your acceptance of the racism and anti LGBTQ+ charge is heartening though, so I will spare you another warning for now.

Channel surfing, I came across a film 'Angelica'.

Based in Victorian times, I thought, hmm what's this about? To save time, I googled for a review -

"seeing visions of an amoebic spirit hovering over Angelica’s bed at night. And in case viewers don’t understand the ghost’s purpose, Lichtenstein gives it the shape of a man, has it leave behind a semen-like ectoplasm, and shows it sporting a massive erection".

I for one, Sonofsmegma, find this disgusting.

And yet, by your own admission, you "came across" it.

It is said that in Easter, Jesus rose from the dead

Well as of tomorrow morning, the last film I will have watched will be, quite appropriately, Return of the Living Dead! :)

It's on late tonight, yes!

First saw it a few years back, a friend brought a downloaded dvd round of it when dad :wanker2: was out... zombie film with a punk-ish soundtrack,

This will really brighten up a lockdown Easter weekend.

It's really good! Funny too :)

I didn't expect this...a punk girl stripped off - she was fit too   - and danced on a grave. Butch would love it.

They erm, interview a zombie. Or the remaining upper half of one, to be more accurate.

"Why do you eat brains?"

"The pain...I can feel myself rot. It makes the pain go away".
